From my childhood, my dream was to buy a motorbike. When I was 16 years, my father bought a motorcycle for me. I was Happy with My bike. But a few days later, I realized that my weight was going high day by day. I was worried about my overweight. One of my friends suggests I go cycling. I have bought a bicycle and started to ride. After six months of cycling, my weight was reduced. Bicycling has changed my way of living.

Road biking is a great way to escape the affects of everyday life. Whether you are commuting to work or riding for leisure, it is an excellent form of cardio that will improve your health and lower your stress levels. The road bike may appear daunting at first glance, but with this beginner guideline, you will be on the right track.

So if you want to keep fit yourself, you have to start riding a bicycle rather than riding your bike on the trainer. You have to follow the step to start:

Step 1 - Buying a bike:

When it comes to buying a new bike, the first thing that most people think about is a mountain bike or a hybrid bikes. However, a few other types of bicycles might be more suitable for your needs. Buying a road bike is one option for those who want something less rugged and more lightweight. Road bikes are made for riding on pavement and have thin tires, making it easier to handle the bumps in the road.

For some, buying a road bike can seem like a daunting task. It's essential to take the time to do your research before jumping head-first into the bike-buying world. The first step in road bike shopping is deciding what you want out of your new ride. If you're an avid cyclist searching for speed, then you'll need to think about getting a lightweight racing bike perfect for time trials.


Before you start, you have to buy a comfortable road bike. It would help if you felt comfortable when you were planning to ride. So it would help if you had a comfortable bike. Step 8 - Joining a cycle club :
Joining a bicycle community or club will help you improve your cycling experience. You will be able to find a bicycle community may be in your city. Search on Google to find a club near you. Join with them.


Step 8 - Take care your bicycle:
Check your bicycle before going for a ride. Check your bike tries, tube, and other essential parts. If everything is okay, you can go out and ride your bike.



Check these six-point before starting to ride a bike
  1. Sit on the seat
  2. Hold handlebars in an underhand grip.
  3. Put feet on pedals.
  4. Push off with your feet and push upwards with your hands at the same time to get moving.
  5. Take care if you’re riding uphill or downhill.
  6. Pedal smoothly and evenly.
